Dr. Liu was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology with a minor in Philosophy at the University of Saskatchewan. Shortly after, she attended the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Dentistry to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Dentistry in conjunction with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. During her studies, Dr. Liu conducted her B.Sc (Dent) research project on developing novel dental public health strategies for families living in Northern Saskatchewan communities.
Dr. Liu is excited to be a part of the Bow Trail team to provide personalized care to meet all areas of her patients’ dental and oral health needs. Giving patients confidence in their oral health and their smile is Dr. Liu’s goal. Dr. Liu enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including family dentistry, pediatric dentistry, restorative, clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign), endodontics, and dentures. She provides dental care in a bilingual setting and is fluent in both English and Cantonese Chinese.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Liu is a film & digital photographer and enjoys taking photos whenever she can. She is also an avid soccer player, sport rock climber and cherishes her time with friends and family and loves playing board games.
