Jayna is a Sterilization Technician with five years of experience supporting safe, efficient, and compliant instrument processing in fast-paced clinical environments. She completed her training at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where she developed a strong foundation in infection control, decontamination procedures, and industry standards—expertise she continues to refine through hands-on experience. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and calm approach under pressure, Jayna takes pride in contributing to safe and seamless patient care behind the scenes.
Outside of work, fitness plays an important role in Jayna’s life, with powerlifting being a particular passion. The discipline and structure of strength training have helped her build confidence, resilience, and focus—qualities that positively carry over into her professional life. She also enjoys baking for friends, experimenting with new recipes, hiking, and staying active. Jayna values personal growth and is always seeking opportunities to challenge herself, learn new skills, and take on additional responsibilities, bringing the same commitment to excellence into her role each day.
